Used Fatgripz as a barbell pad starting at 190lbs, just for the hell of it.

  • 45lbs: 20
  • 140lbs: 10

Face Pulls

  • 60lbs: 10,10

Overhead Press

  • 45lbs: 10
    • Alternated a few reps behind the neck

Bench Press
