Felt pretty strong on the squat today. No back pain.

- About 2.5 minutes in between sets
- 320lbs: 6
Face Pulls
- 60lbs 10
- 70lbs: 10
Bench Press
Last time I did bench presses for sets of 5 reps was at 267.5lbs (7 sets).
Thought 270lbs for 5x5 would have been manageable.

- Failed on the last set, 4th rep attempt. Knew I should have went lighter!
