Foam Rolling

  • 5 minutes

High Bar Squat

  • 45lbs: 20
  • 140lbs: 10
  • 230lbs: 5
  • 320lbs: 3
  • 370lbs: 2
  • 410lbs: 1
  • 440lbs: 2,1
    • Failed on last set, 2nd rep attempt.

Face Pull

  • 60lbs: 12
  • 80lbs: 8

Bench Press

    • Failed on 2nd rep attempt.

Deadlift

Haven't done these in a while. Need to rebuild pain tolerance for hook grip again.
