Texas Method volume day.

Watched the Women's 58Kg Olympic weightlifting at the same time.

I feel weak.

Foam Rolling

  • 10 minutes

High Bar Squat

  • 45lbs: 20
  • 140lbs: 10
  • 230lbs: 5
  • 320lbs: 3
  • 370lbs: 2
  • 410lbs: 2
  • 355lbs: 3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,6
    • About 2.5 minutes in between sets, except for prior to last set (wasp flying around)

Overhead Press

From the rack. Biceps too sore to power reverse curl the bar.

  • 45lbs: 10
  • 75lbs: 5
  • 100lbs: 5
  • 140lbs: 3
  • 165lbs: 2
  • 190lbs: 3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,2,2
    • About 2.5 minutes in between sets
    • Grip was uneven on set 9.
    • Ran out of steam on the last set.
  • 140lbs: 8
