Squat

  • 365lbs: 3,2

Over Head Press

  • 185lbs: 3
  • 205lbs: 1

Deadlift

  • 415lbs: 3,3

Notes

  • Squats still feel rather difficult after a 1 week layoff and moving to another time zone.
  • 205lbs overhead press was easy, not much of a struggle to get it up. Probably could have cranked out another rep.
