No belt.

  • 460 lb: MISSED
    • Man, this is tough!
  • 370 lb: 3,3
    • Ripped shorts on the last set, 1st rep. Then 2nd rep, And a bit on the 3rd rep.

Deadlift

Hook grip.

No belt.

    • Wore straps and belt. NOPE. Broke off the ground though.
  • 550 lb: X,X
    • No belt, hook grip. Got it just past my knees. Blah.
    • Tried using straps on the 2nd attempt. GAH
