Don't think I'll have much time to train tomorrow, so I'm going to do my OHP's today and front squats tomorrow.

Also, I'm starting to get the feeling that a LMAO2PLATE OHP is not commonplace around my gym...haha

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
