Decided to do OHP instead of benching today.

Man, what a crappy workout compared to last week!

Wanted to press 250 lb, followed by 225 lb for 4 sets of 3, but long story short...NOPE.

Sometimes you're the hammer...sometimes you're the nail (fellow powerlifter said this to me at the gym today. It's true!)

Overhead Press

    • Couldn't get the 2nd rep for some reason. WTF man.
