Had to do a mandatory RPM/Spinning/indoor cycling class yesterday for some reason. Derailed the PR Train 🙁

Too many damn reps.

Breathing Paused High Bar Squat

  • 45 lb x 10
  • 135 lb x 10
  • 225 lb x 5
  • 315 lb x 3

Paused High Bar Squat

  • 405 lb x 1

High Bar Squat

  • 455 lb x 1 Belted up.
  • 440 lb x 5
    • All reps felt tough. Wanted 6 for a 6RM, but legs are fried from yesterday -_-;;;
