Overhead Press
Testing out a new'ish way to unrack the bar before pressing for the OHP. Similar to the method I used to overhead press 275 lb (where I set the safety pins where the bar height would be, set the bar on the pins, and press from that position). I rolled the bar so that it would be close to me (in other words, as far away from the rack as possible), stand up with the bar,and without stepping backwards, just pressed it up.
Seems to work OK, but the bar + plates is move very close to the rack (probably nicked my rack on a few sets).
I'm doing this because I don't think I can press inside of my rack because of the chin up bars may be in the way, and the rack is a little low, even for me.

- Wanted 6 on the 1st set, but I think I got distracted by how close the bar was to the rack.
