I usually perform overhead presses on Thursday, but I feel like some RGBP today.

Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 45 x 10+
  • 140 x 5
  • 230 x 3
  • 280 x 1
  • 330 x 1

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 380 x 2 * PR!
    • +5 lb 2 REP MAX!
  • 350 x 0
    • Felt some pain in my left triceps while coming down. Just set it down on the safeties just in case that pain lead to something else.

Paused Bench Press

  • 230 x 5
  • 140 x 10
    • Index finger on the rings.
