Overhead Press

  • 45 x 10
  • 100 x 5
  • 140 x 3
  • 190 x 2
  • 230 x 1
  • 250 x 1
  • 285 x 1 * PR!
    • Felt super easy...like I was overhead pressing 285 lb of feathers!
  • 295 x 0,0
    • LOL no. Was going to try 290, but 295 on the bar looked more aesthetically pleasing (2x45 and 1x35 lb plate). Bar came slightly forward the first try, no chance the 2nd try. Too greedy. Let's try for 290.
  • 290 x 0
    • Gah not balanced properly. Eh still got a 1RM earlier.
  • 230 x 2
    • Lost balance on the first rep, regained balance, then the plates hit my rack and lost balance again. Meh good enough for today.
