1RM squat PR today.

This ain't rocket surgery folks.

    • +5 lb 1RM
  • 585 x 0
    • A very controlled negative rep. Maybe should have ate more yesterday.
    • Looking back at the video, it almost looks like I forgot the positive portion of the rep. I think I was too focused on the negative. Lesson learned.
  • 460 x 5
    • Need to build up my squatting cardio for higher rep PR's
