Overhead Press
Experimented using a false, or thumbless grip today. Felt pretty good.

- 100 x 5
- 140 x 3
- 190 x 2
- 230 x 1
- 250 x 1
- 300 x 0,0
- Used a thumbs-around grip the 2nd time around. Still nope.
- 270 x 2 * PR!
- +5 lb 2RM. Finally got this after weeks of trying!

- Wanted more but the plates hit my rack on the 4th rep. Good enough.
