Overhead Press

Experimented using a false, or thumbless grip today. Felt pretty good.

  • 45 x 10
  • 100 x 5
  • 140 x 3
  • 190 x 2
  • 230 x 1
  • 250 x 1
  • 300 x 0,0
    • Used a thumbs-around grip the 2nd time around. Still nope.
  • 270 x 2 * PR!
    • +5 lb 2RM. Finally got this after weeks of trying!
  • 190 x 5
    • Wanted more but the plates hit my rack on the 4th rep. Good enough.
