Paused Low Bar Squat

Paused High Bar Squat

High Bar Squat

  • 475 x 1
  • 440 x 10 * PR!
    • Did 405x10 with no belt the other day, so decided to try ~200 Kg/440 lb for a set of 10
    • +30 lb 10RM!
    • FUCKEN TIRING.
