Breathing Paused High Bar Squat

  • 140 x 10
  • 230 x 5
  • 320 x 3

Paused High Bar Squat

  • 410 x 2

High Bar Squat

  • 460 x 1
  • 500 x 5
    • Wanted 6+, but bar rolled forward and I was too tired and weak to recover.

High Bar Squat (No Belt)

  • 440 x 6 * PR!
    • 6RM. Attempted a 7th rep, but didn't have any gas to get back up. I think I probably could get 8 reps had I been fresh(er).
