Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 385 x 3 * PR!
    • +5 lb 5RM.
    • Mis-grooved and struggled on the first rep, and felt I would eventually miss. 2nd rep didn't feel too bad, but felt for sure I would miss the 3rd rep. Didn't miss. successkid.jpg
