+20 lb 3RM. I was thinking about going for a +5 lb PR at 390 lb, but wanted to front squat LMAO4PLATE.
After this set, I unracked for a set of breathing paused squat with the same weight. Felt pretty damn weak after the 3RM so I reracked it and called it a day.
Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
