Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

Trying to tense my abs/push my gut out so when I place the bar on my torso, it has a hard surface to "rest" on without sinking into my body too much and increasing the ROM. Seems to work good.

  • 320 x 3,3,3,3,3
    • +1 set from last week.
    • Felt somewhat easy.

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 280 x 5

Battle Ropes

  • Random stuff. Seems to be feeling easier.
