Used a narrower grip, and hook grip like how Tommy Kono used to do back in the days when C&P was part of Olympic weightlifting.

Well, didn't hit that 495lbs high bar squat I wanted to this week (I got crushed twice), but I did get a 440lbs low bar paused squat and 225lbs clean & press PR.

Not too shabby.

Decided to try clean & press today, to make recovery day more interesting. Power clean/power reverse curl before every rep, then strict press up.
