Feeling a little under the weather.

Foam Rolling

  • 10 minutes

High Bar Squat

  • 45lbs: 20
  • 140lbs: 10
  • 230lbs: 5
  • 320lbs: 3
  • 410bs: 2
    • Wore knee wraps. Seems more difficult to walk out of the rack.
  • 460lbs: 1
    • Grinder
  • 492.5lbs: MISSED
  • 410lbs: 3

Close Grip Bench Press

I have a feeling that my close grip bench press will surpass my regular bench press.

1st attempt at 345lbs below:

  • 45lbs: 10
  • 140lbs: 5
  • 230lbs: 3
  • 320lbs: 2 *PR
  • 345lbs: MISSED
  • 330lbs: 1 *PR
  • 340lbs: 1 *PR
    • Equal to my bench press 1RM!
  • 345lbs: MISSED
  • 285lbs: 1
    • Right pec felt weird, so stopped after 1 rep
