Paused Front Squat

    • +5 lb 1RM!
  • 475 x 0
    • At first I was thinking 465 lb, but then I thought about 470 lb. After that, I figured another 5 lb wouldn't hurt and went for 475 lb. Maybe I should have stuck to 465 lb lol.

Front Squat (No Belt)

  • 405 x 2 * PR!
    • 2 rep max. 2nd rep was a bit tough.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
