Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 140 x 8
  • 230 x 3
  • 320 x 1
  • 370 x 1
  • 410 x 1
    • Almost missed due to the bar travelling back towards my head. Managed to keep my elbows under the bar and finish the rep.
    • 5 lb off from my 1RM.
  • 350 x 3
    • Wanted 5, missed the 4th rep.
  • 300 x 6
    • Wanted 8, but would probably miss the 7th rep. Racked it.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
