    • Wanted 2. No whey was that going to happen, so re-racked it.

Paused Bench Press

    • Missed on the 2nd rep for both sets.

Bench Press

  • 300 x 7
    • Missed on the 8th rep

Sumo Deadlift

No PR's for bench, so need to punish myself by doing a 2nd exercise. Dammit.
