Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 45 x 10
  • 140 x 5
  • 230 x 3
  • 320 x 2

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 365 x 1
  • 405 x 1
    • Wanted 2, missed on the 2nd rep. Back slid on the inside of my shirt -_-;

Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 365 x 3
    • Wanted 4 for a 4RM. MISSED ON THE FOURTH >_<
    • First 3 reps were easy though.

Bench Press

  • 340 x 3
    • Felt hard. Was going to go for 4, but after the 3rd rep I had a good feeling that I would miss the next.

Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 300 x 7 * PR!
    • Wanted 8, but this was good enough for a PR. I can finally stop now.
