Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

    • +15 lb 4 rep max!
    • Missed the 4th rep last week, got it today.
    • Experimenting with applying pressure into the ground with my toes rather than my heel.

Reverse Grip Bench Press

    • Nice easy negative.
