Overhead Press

    • GRrr...

    • Wanted 2, but struggled with the lockout on the first rep, which probably contributed to me losing balance on the 2nd rep.
  • 260 x 3 * PR!
    • +5 lb 3RM!
    • These OHP PR's are getting more and more difficult.
