Overhead Press

  • 45 x 10
  • 100 x 5
  • 140 x 3
  • 190 x 2
  • 230 x 1
  • 255 x 1
  • 300 x 0
    • One day...
  • 270 x 1,1
    • Wanted 2, couldn't get the 2nd rep.
  • 220 x 7
    • Wanted 8, but torso gassed out so I wasn't stable and lost balance on the 8th rep.

Bench Press

OHP is a good warm up to bench press, it seems. I don't think I would do a high rep set on OHP next time though. http://youtu.be/UXLGF33X1Xs
