Power Clean

Starting to get the shrugging and stomping thing down.

  • 45 x 10
  • 140 x 3
  • 165 x 2
  • 192.5 x 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
    • Misloaded the bar for the first 4 singles. Had fractional plates on 1 side of the bar instead of both.

Front Squat (No Belt)

  • 140 x 8
  • 230 x 5
  • 320 x 2
  • 370 x 1
  • 415 x 1 * PR!
    • +5 lb 1RM. Felt hard in and out of hole. Had some doubts coming up, but I just pushed through.

Front Squat

  • 445 x 0
    • Wanted 2 -_-;

Front Squat (Dead Stop)

  • 405 x 2 * PR!
    • A nice looking 2RM. Made sure I reset myself at the bottom before the 2nd rep.
