Paused Reverse Grip Bench Press

Right pec feeling sore for some reason.

  • 140 x 8
  • 230 x 3
  • 320 x 1
  • 370 x 1
    • Harder than expected.
  • 410 x 1
    • Way harder than expected. Maybe it's because I only bench pressed 1x last week instead of 2 (OHP instead).
  • 335 x 6 * PR !
    • +5 lb 6RM.
    • +5 lb 6RM, I'll take it.

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 320 x 3
    • Wanted 5, but 3 was pretty slow moving.
