December 14, 2016 — Leave a comment

Did some low bar squats with a metal dowel rod last week to see how it would feel on my right knee. Right knee felt fine, but ended up tweaking something in my left elbow -_-;

Elbow feels better today so I'm going to bench press a little.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
