Breathing Paused High Bar Squat

  • 45 lb x 10
  • 135 lb x 10
  • 225 lb x 5
  • 315 lb x 3

Paused High Bar Squat

  • 405 lb x 1

High Bar Squat

  • 455 lb x 1
    • Belt
  • 475 lb x 1
  • 405 lb x 8
    • Was going to do 3 sets of 6 reps, but since I only had 1 hour to train, I decided to do 8.
    • Set the J-hooks on the rack so that I was facing outwards and not towards the mirror. Seems OK. During the last set some dude was standing almost right in front of me watching me haha
