- Was going to do 3 sets of 6 reps, but since I only had 1 hour to train, I decided to do 8.
- Set the J-hooks on the rack so that I was facing outwards and not towards the mirror. Seems OK. During the last set some dude was standing almost right in front of me watching me haha
