Flu Shot Meme

Flu hit me hard last Thursday. Apparently you can still catch a flu even if you received a flu shot (got mine in October/November 2013 I think).

    • Felt a lot harder than normal. Bad sign.

    • Wanted 6...not happening post-flu.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
