Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 370 x 1
    • Super fast. Fastest I ever pressed this weight according to my feels. TIME TO PR.
  • 405 x 1 * PR!
    • FINALLY NAILED LMAO4PLATE! Attempted 405 lb many times but failed. Not today.
    • The number of doubts increased as the bar descended. Felt heavy, triceps and shoulders started to feel like they were tearing apart. Then I said to myself, "TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE" and pressed the weight back up.
  • 315 x 3
    • Yeah felt more sore than usual. Was going to go for 5, but going to stop for now.
