Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 365 x 1
    • Thought about going for 405x2, but this set didn't move very fast. Pretty sure I would miss the 2nd rep. Going for a paused RGBP 1RM instead.

  • 410 x 1 * PR!
    • +5 lb 1RM!

Paused Bench Press

  • 330 x 3 * PR!
    • Tried for 4+, but middle of my back started cramping. Probably from front squatting 315x9 yesterday.
  • 230 x 10 * PR!
    • Bolo Yeung pecs please.
