Family-in-laws are visiting for the past week and will be staying for another week, so I won't have time to train the way I normally do.

Gotta squeeze in some PR's where I can!

Also fighting a cold/allergies combo, so it kinda works out in a way.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
