Still feeling stuffed from last night's Christmas dinner. Felt sluggish and lacking the usual merciless power today.

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 370 x 1
    • Dammit almost missed for some reason. Usually this is like 370 lb worth of feathers.
  • 425 x 0
    • Decided to try this anyways. Nice negative.

Paused Bench Press

  • 330 x 4 * PR!
    • Ugh.
