Overhead Press (Dead Stop)

    • Groove feels off.
  • 245 x 3 * PR!
    • +15 lb 3RM.

Paused Bench Press

  • 280 x 1
  • 320 x 1

Bench Press

  • 400 x 0
    • Felt light in my hands, but gravity is extra heavy today.
  • 340 x 2
    • Was going to go for 4 for a 4RM, but elbows not feeling right. Racked it after 2 reps, just in case.
    • Might have to throw in some reverse grip bench presses for a while

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
