Paused Bench Press

  • 320 x 1
  • 370 x 1
  • 410 x 1 * PR!
    • +5 lb PR! Went a tidy bit wider with my grip today. Probably need to lower my j-hooks 1 level so I can un-rack and re-rack the bar easier.

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 320 x 5
    • Felt challenging, but easy.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
