- Trained at home since I canceled my gym membership
- Just one of them days...Felt super weak today!
- I can't use my new power rack yet because the Olympic bar I purchased from Kijiji is 50" inside the sleeves and it won't fit properly inside the cage (it's 51" wide). I ordered a B&R bar from Rogue Canada but that won't be arriving until a few weeks.
- My last training session was last Sunday and was busying moving most of last week.
- It will probably be a few weeks until I get accustomed to training at home...especially when I don't have a proper bar that will fit in the power rack! So no back squats until I get the new Olympic bar...Grr...
