- B&R bar finally arrived to my doorstep this morning! Solid bar, and it fits inside my 51" wide power rack. Review coming up soon.
- Haven't done bench press in a while, felt pretty weak.
- Also haven't done squats over 320lbs in a while (because I was using a crappy bar I purchased from Kijiji that didn't fit properly in my power rack).
