Wanted to squat today, but I injured my back while lifting a ~2 lb space heater because I bent over improperly.

Should have wore a belt -_-;

Reverse Grip Bench Press

  • 135 lb x 5

  • 275 lb x 1
  • 325 lb x 1
  • 365 lb x 1
  • 300 lb x 6
    • Aimed for 10 for a 10RM, only managed 6. GAH.

Ever since I started taking strength training seriously, I was bitten by the Iron Bug. Then it burrowed under my skin and laid eggs in my heart. Now those eggs are hatching and I... the feeling is indescribable.
