Paused Front Squat

Another angle:

  • 45 x 10
  • 140 x 5
  • 230 x 3
  • 280 x 2
  • 330 x 1
  • 370 x 1
    • Belted up. Not too bad.
  • 410 x 0,1 * PR!
    • Missed the first time because I underestimated how difficult it would be coming up.

Front Squat

  • 320 x 5,5
    • One more set than last week. Going to add another set next week and then start working up in weight.
