Squat

  • 405lbs: 3
  • 405lbs (wide stance): 2,2,1
  • 405lbs: 1
    • Missed a few volume training sessions. I think this negatively affected my stamina, because I felt pretty gassed from doing squats.

Bench Press

  • 300lbs: 1,1
    • Failed on attempt at 2nd rep for both sets
  • 275lbs: 2
    • Failed on attempt at 3rd rep

Good Mornings

  • 170lbs: 5,5,5

Pull Ups

  • Body weight (189lbs): 8,8,8

Dips

  • Body weight (189lbs): 12,12,12

Notes

  • Pull ups + dips were done as a super-set.
