Worked out in my basement home gym for the first time today. I don't have a power rack yet so I had to power clean the bar into position for both lifts.

    • 2RM PR! 225lbs here I come

Deadlift

Notes

  • Squats still feel rather difficult after a 1 week layoff and moving to another time zone.
  • 205lbs overhead press was easy, not much of a struggle to get it up. Probably could have cranked out another rep.
