Worked out in my basement home gym for the first time today. I don't have a power rack yet so I had to power clean the bar into position for both lifts.

Squat

  • 340lbs: 5,5,5,5,5

Over Head Press

  • 175lbs: 5,5,5,4,3
    • Power cleaned the bar in position
    • Shoulders gassed out on the last 2 sets

Power Clean

  • 197.5lbs: 3,3,3,3,3

Front Squats

  • 200lbs: 5,5,5
    • Power cleaned the bar in position for the front squat

Over Head Press

    • Power cleaned the bar

Notes

  • Felt sharp shoulder pain in both shoulders while performing power cleans. Felt the pain shooting down both of my arm. Tried to do some dips, but that only aggravated the issue. Decided not to bench press
  • Should spend more time warming up my shoulders & rotator cuff
  • Power cleaned the bar for front squats
