Notes

Used the hook grip for deadlifts. Felt OK, but it seems as though my pain tolerance is only up to 3 reps for now.

At 367.5lbs, it felt as though I was going to rip my thumb off. Try again next time.

    • 1st set: heard (and felt) something similar to a knuckles cracking from my clavical

  • 317.5lbs: 5
    • Double overhand grip. No pain in the left wrist

Notes

  • Haven't done heavy standing overhead presses since I was a member at Columbia Lake Health Club. It's been a while...
  • Deadlifts: going to start off light and move up from here. Now that I train in my basement home gym, I have my own bar & chalk (didn't use chalk today) so I'm going to be deadlifting without straps. Doing sets of 5 to develop my grip strength.
