    • 5th rep attempt it felt like my left wrist dislocated??
  • 327.5lbs: 3 (double overhand)

Dips

  • Bodyweight (190lbs): 15,15

    Love your stuff, man.  Even mentioned you in a workout video I’ll post in a few days.  But I’m surprised you’re messing around with Deadlifts in the low 300s, given that your max is 500. What’s up?

      As for deadlifts, it’s a combination of a few things.

      Long lay off from deadlifts, going from using straps in a gym to using chalk at home and experimenting now with different ways of gripping the bar (mixed grip hurt my wrist and shoulders so going to try with hook grip).

      Taking it slow and steady and work my way back up again.

        Sucks that the switch grip hurt your wrist.  As for it bothering your shoulder, I wonder if you have some nasty trigger points in your infraspinatus/teres minor.  Referred pain is a bitch.
