Squat (Wide Stance)

I'm finding that there's less forward lean compared to a shoulder width stance low bar back squat, so it feels like there's less stress on my lower back. I also find that it's difficult to squat deep with a wider stance.

I've had low back pain since last week. Discovered if I tense my abs really hard during the squat, I feel no pain in my back at all. Sweet!
