High Bar Squat

Felt pretty strong on the squat today. No back pain.

    • About 2.5 minutes in between sets

Face Pulls

Bench Press

Last time I did bench presses for sets of 5 reps was at 267.5lbs (7 sets).

Thought 270lbs for 5x5 would have been manageable.

    • Failed on the last set, 4th rep attempt. Knew I should have went lighter!

Overhead Press

I thought after doing Smolov Jr for bench press for the past few weeks and neglecting any sort of heavy overhead pressing that I would be weaker on this lift.

Today I proved myself wrong.
